Victoria has 5 years’ experience in HR with a specialization in recruiting and onboarding. She loves building relationships with employees and managers. Her passion is supporting employees and leaders with what they need to be successful. Victoria approaches recruiting and onboarding with the philosophy that HR is for everyone and that communicating this to candidates and employees is paramount for employers to be successful in today’s dynamic market. When working with clients, employees, and candidates, Victoria works to building trust and open communication.
Her professional accomplishments include earning her bachelor’s degree while working full-time and raising a family as well as working her way up through the ranks from Recruiting Assistant, to Recruiting Coordinator, and then finally to Compensation and Equity Analyst. She is passionate about recruiting and loves building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. She is also passionate about working with candidates and employees to achieve their career goals and is always looking for ways to help connect folks with resources to further their education and credentials.
Victoria works to ensure that all of the details are taken care of so that clients can rest assured that their human resources process and procedure is compliant and follows best practices. Many companies and employees believe that HR is an unecesesary, administrative burden. She is passionate about working closely with organizations so that they can experience how powerful strategic people operations can be. With the labor market and business needs changing rapidly, finding candidates with the right skills, education, and attitude is key to any companies success.
