Senior HR and Payroll Consultant
I am a long-time Midlander that has nearly 40 years’ experience in the Human Resources area. I am very proud to have been a part of the Wagner & Brown, Ltd., and Concho Resources family for the majority of those 40 years. I use my positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. I love working with people and being able to contribute to a fast paced, growing company.
My expertise is primarily in the Payroll, Benefits, and 401K Plan Administration areas. As a Human Resources Manager with Concho for almost 10 years, I was responsible for the management of these functions as well as other general HR projects. Ensuring accuracy of all facets of the Human Resources department, was always a top priority to me.
I chose to move into a “semi-retired” mode during 2020 and although I loved the idea of slowing down somewhat, I found that my true passion (other than my two beautiful grandsons!) is still being a part of a team, working hard and learning new things – so it was back to work for me! My new role as a Consultant with The Energy People Group is a great opportunity for me to provide my expertise to their clients and allows me to continue to meet new people.
