Elda began her career in human resources a little over 15 years ago as an HR assistant and over the years, she has worked her way up the ladder to more complex HR roles. She graduated from the University of the Permian Basin in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
Throughout her tenure in human resources, she gained expertise in every aspect of the field. From recruiting and on-boarding to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance, she became well-versed in all areas of HR.
Elda has worked with managers to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensured the company remained compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Outside of work, she is a devoted parent to five wonderful girls.
